Eligibility for Refunds or Exchanges
- Non-returnable items: For hygiene and safety reasons, lingerie, adult toys, and intimate items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Defective/Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged or faulty item, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos and a description.
- Wrong Item Received: Please notify us within 7 days so we can correct the issue.
Refund Process
Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days. HighVybez reserves the right to deny refunds for items returned without prior approval.
